I ran the test at IPV6Test.org. I can not access IPV6 URLs at this time, but at least I know there is nothing else I need to do at my end as a home user.
My ISP is not ready. I can only assume that they are upgrading their equipment to service their clients for the long transition.
I also think they are currently hoarding IPV4 addresses. They will be recycling them until users start yelling at them. Or the organizing body starts implementing its own rules. I'm babbling on here.
