Norton Error Unable To Continue

Hello, I have searched and searched and still can't find an answer to this issue. When I launch the BA GUI on a w2k8 server I get a dsmagent.exe app error. When I click OK on that I get a ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue error. The only log it writes to is the dsmj.log file with the following: 16:12:05: ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting program.IMBase (Constructor): Dsmagent exited with code: - I can however launch the BA command line just fine.

Only IBM article I can fine on ANS5179E is this one and I checked the permissions and they are fine. Any ideas would be great, thanks! Totally In Love With A Dota Player Soft Copy more.

TSM ran into a problem and is unable to continue. This error message is usually preceded by other error messages. Resolve those errors and try again. Fix the problem.
