Everything just turns out delicious!! And the best part of it all is that it’s good healthy food. I’ve gotten into the habbit of trying a new recipe every Sunday and it’s something I look forward to all week.

One of the nice things about the recipes in the book is that a lot of them come with ideas to change it up a little bit (usually lower and on the side of a page) so you aren’t cooking the same thing all the time.
