I have owned this laptop for a couple months now and am unable to listen to music, go onto youtube or pandora or really anything. I can't play video games. Not even the doll dress up games when i really started looking for a game.

The iBook is so old (9-10 years old) that you are going to have problems with Java content (games), as you are experiencing. What do you mean you can't listen to music? Do you mean music on the internet, or music you've loaded into iTunes? The RAM is maximized; it's as high as you can go for any G3 iBook.
