Hey I have tried everything for the last past day having windows 7 64bit installed. I read about 100 forums on how to change the refresh rate, but in my case my monitor(Viewsonic ultrabrite A90f+) is so old that it doesnt show up in phoenix to edit it. I am running it on a 8800 GTS 640mb vid card. I even tried running admin reforce 100hz for 640x480 still no luck.
